SLI promotes development of the Amazonia in Peru by providing internship opportunities in various areas:

Interns must be available for a minimum of 6 months (2 months in Spain or Peru taking a training course on international cooperation and learning or improving their Spanish language skills; and a minimum of 4 months in the Department of Junin – Huancayo or Satipo). Interns are welcome and encouraged to make a commitment for 9 months or 1 year.  The cost of the Internship depends on the length of the stay: It varies from 6,265 USD (for a 6 month program) to 10,650 USD (for a 12 month program). These fees include Training in international cooperation and Spanish language in Spain or Peru, Internship in Peru, Accommodation in Spain and Peru, Visa for Peru, Certificates, Supervision in Peru by an SLI Project Coordinator, Mobile phone, Laptop, Round trip transportation from the Lima airport to your project site.  All participants will receive a monthly salary of 50 USD during their stay in Peru.
